Naloxone (Narcan) is available for free at Nelson-Griggs District Health Unit, Lakota Drug and Cooperstown Drug. It is also available in AEDs throughout Nelson and Griggs counties. ONE Boxes containing Narcan can also be found throughout our service area.

Deterra® drug deactivation system bags can be used at home to safely destroy unused or expired medications, making them unavailable for misuse and safe for disposal in the normal trash. These bags are available at Nelson-Griggs District Health Unit free of charge.
